The American Vegan Society will host a
HOLIDAY BUFFET DINNER
on Monday December 17 2012, 6:30pm
at Carême's Restaurant in Mays Landing NJ.
The public is invited to experience a meal of exceptional quality prepared and served by culinary students under the direction of their chef-educator. Dinner seating time is 6:30 pm.
Also on the evening‚s program:
Peaceable Kingdom: the Journey Home (78 mins) -- an award-winning documentary from Tribe of Heart by Jenny Stein and James LaVeck. Five farmers, an animal rescuer, and a humane police officer each embark on a journey of awakening consciousness as they witness the emotional lives and intense family bonds of animals on farms. The film will be shown twice, before and after dinner, at 4:50pm & 8:40pm, in room C108 (Faculty Dining). Free, open to all.
Books and media will be on view for sale outside Carême's before and after dinner.
Dinner Reservations are requested by December 7; thereafter phone for seating availability.
Adult: $31, Student/Low Income: $21, Supporter $50.

FREE screenings will be held in Bldg C, Room 108, before and after dinner at Culinary Arts Academy at Careme's in Bldg M (adjacent to Bldg C). Carême's is by the on-campus bus stop.
